There are very expensive homes on a ridge nearby, so this is a very desirable area. Walgreens, Subway, and Ent Credit Union are all within walking distance and a Safeway is about 1 mile. Ute Valley park is also within walking distance - great for mountain biking and hiking. Lots of wildlife in the area - deer are commonly seen on the street and sometimes nap in the front yard! You can hear cows mooing in the distance while outside, but this is in the city! The apartment will have new flooring at time of move-in and has a large private fenced-in, no maintenance back yard.
