This is a beautiful area of the city with lots of hiking trails. Wilson Ranch Park is nearby with a city pool, playground, and tennis courts. There are very expensive homes on a ridge nearby, so this is a very desirable area. Walgreens, Subway, Ent Credit Union, and other shops are all within walking distance and a Safeway is about 1 mile. Ute Valley park is also within walking distance - great for mountain biking and hiking. Deer are commonly seen on the street and sometimes nap in the front yard! The apartment has just been rehabbed including new paint throughout, new carpet, new windows! It has a fireplace, TV nook, full size washer/dryer hookups, and master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, garbage disposal, and pantry. Includes a covered balcony with a great view of the neighborhood and has a large lockable storage unit at the end of the balcony. There is plenty of off street parking.
