Starter Apartment on the Upper West Side

Small studio apartment with high ceilings and built in wall AC. Fresh paint and scrub down this apartment is move it acceptable. Fits a king bed and TV with enough room to walk around. Water pressure is great and room stays cool. There are traces of insects but for the most part they are gone. Over all a good apartment for a great price

Decent

This apartment is in a great location with awesome restaurants and shopping right around every corner. It's also very close to a subway stop. The apartment itself has high ceilings with decent closet space. The kitchen is very small and the windows in the apartment face brick walls, not outside. The apartment was very dirty when we moved in and it had a problem with cockroaches. Management is pretty responsive to issues in the apartment but for the most part we've found it easier to just fix or take care of things ourselves.
