Hi! My wife, our two cats, and I Just moved into the University neighborhood and are looking to rent out our basement space. We are in our mid 20s and both work in tech fields. We enjoy getting outdoors as often as we can (snowboarding, hiking, biking, etc.) and are looking for an individual to share our space with.
