Great and convenient community. Lease ends June 1st, but can arrange to renew. Everything is in good working condition. New black Appliances, white cabinets, washer and dryer in unit. Wifi and cable included in rent. Utilities typically run $180 for the 3 people living here now and we keep the heat at 71/72 in winter and 68 in summer, shower and run the dishwasher and washing machine often. Located directly west of downtown Knoxville and north of the University of Tennessee, Fort Sanders is a haven for college students and recent grads. Fort Sanders is named after a Civil War Union bastion that once stood near the center of town, and the neighborhood’s history runs deep. The Fort Sanders Historic District is filled with original Victorian-era houses and buildings, many named on the National Register of Historic Places.
