Beautiful, Spacious apartment for rent in Old City, Philadelphia starting May 1, 2018 and ending August 31, 2018. The rent would be $1075 which is an amazing price for Old City. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living room would be shared. Perfect location for summer housing !! You can make it a 12 month lease if you would like, however the other tenant will be moving out August 31, 2018. Starting September the rent would be the full apartment price of $2300, unless you find a roommate. There would be another person living in the room, however she would have her own private room and bathroom. She is very nice and organized! Must pay security deposit, first month rent, and last month rent when signing the lease. Contact me if you are interested or if you would like to see more photos!!
