Property Ratings at 2295 Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd
The apartment has some nice things about it like great natural light and high ceilings. But there are many bad things about it. It's a very dated layout, with a tiny, claustrophobic kitchen, fake wood floors, old appliances, patched up ceilings, and a 70s bathroom (with a faucet that handle that's not attached to the faucet). It's a decent amount of space for a couple and maybe two people (it would be better if they were friends as the two bedrooms are on top of each other).
