Overall this community is quiet and well maintained. We have been here for 8 months and have had a good experience living here. We are content.

It’s been a pleasure staying at 22Hundred apartments nice amenities and definitely worth every penny. Finally the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful community! So far I have enjoyed my time here. The amenities are top notch as well as the customer service and timely service requests.

By far the best place to live. Although one issue, that is dog waste not being picked up by their owners plus strays run through the complex.

So far, everything has been great. The staff has been very helpful and they make me feel welcomed and they take care of all my requests. I have been having some pest control issues but I am assuming it is because I am on the first floor. The staff has been helpful when it comes to this as well.

I Love my new home.. I love the community it’s quiet and clean . I love the amenities that comes with the community. My apartment is beautiful I love the layout it’s just the amount of space for me and my little family! I’m glad I chose 22Hundred to be my new home.

Community is quite safe and clean. maintenance request are fulfilled within 24 hours. I absolutely love living here and I’ve decided to renew my lease for the third year.

It’s a nice apartment I love how it was built I like the amenities! The property is surrounded by restaurants, gas stations and a convenient household shopping store. In a nice environment while it maintain its quietness.

All the office staff is helpful meeting needs and maintains property as well as maintenance fix repairs quickly, don't have any problem with safety and the location is in close proximity to airport, malls, and downtown

Terrible communication. Bait and switched me without even letting me know which messed up my insurance and internet. Apartment wasn't clean and had a broken blower motor on the hvac unit. Made zero attempt to rectify their deceptive practices and made me feel like it was my fault/issue. I'd never recommend this place.

Love it here! Great amenities and the staff are very attentive to our needs. I've been here almost 5 years and have no plans on moving anytime soon.

The maintenance here always does a great job here at the 22 Hundred.

I really hate leaving bad reviews that why I tried to avoid reviewing for as long as I tried. Since moving in, I had nothing but negative experiences. To start, they had me at a set date but never gave a time until the day of. I paid my movers $500 to move me but had to reschedule because the apartment wasn’t ready. I’m result, that costed me extra money. Then they made me pay for their renters insurance when I already had my own. I changed the policy address to the address that I knew which was the apartments I was moving into. I later found out that was the wrong address to put on a policy so I was stuck with their insurance. When I did switch the insurance to the policy address that they told me, the manager Shania Gosa gave me the worse time. She did not but argued with me when she was the one in the wrong and STILL charged me for her reading error. Next, I’ve been dealing with yellow/ greenish water. I’m scared of their plumbing system. A very nice piece and very quiet as well. Also the apartments are very clean. The people that are in the is really nice and do respond fast to you.

I have lived here for almost a year now, and I can tell you this is one of the most peaceful living experiences I’ve had. Great amenities, great apartment, and great staff.

Very quiet place to live. Management can be hard to get ahold of at times, but for the most part, they are friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the dog poop. Residents allow their animals to leave their droppings in the hallways and sidewalks.

I love being a resident here, the staff and maintenance are amazing , the amenities are up to date and always available to use, our pool is kept clean always and the environment is very clean no trash or anything on the ground

I really love this place. It’s gated, safe, and clean. I would love to have a kids play area. The leasing office is also very responsive and the price is reasonable.

I’ve been a resident for about 2 weeks and the experience has been pretty good. The property is very clean, well maintained, and pretty quiet. Even neighbors who have dogs are good about cleaning up after them. The staff, both leasing and maintenance, are truly amazing! Maintenance responds super fast to your requests. The leasing staff is friendly, patient, and understanding while maintaining the integrity of their business. The surrounding area isn’t the best but you definitely feel safe with the 24 hour surveillance. Definitely would recommend this property.

I absolutely love my new apartment. It's a great community with amazing amenities. Love the pool and gym. The ladies in the office are great and made my move so easy.

Staff is super friendly. Maranda has been such a huge help since we moved in. Community is quite and always clean. Love the amenities beyond words can explain. Having such a beautiful view of the pool makes our apartment like an oasis and that’s priceless.

I just moved in here on the first of August and I have a good experience so far. The neighborhood is quiet and secured which I like. I just wish they were more food options closer

Very modern apartment, spacious, high ceilings, modern appliances and for a very reasonable price compared to the surrounding areas. Ideal location, Walmart, Kroger, H-E-B, Sam’s club, mall only 10-15 mins away. The pool is nice and well maintained. The gym is ok. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

I’ve been here for about 10 months now and I just recently started using the pool. I wish I would’ve started sooner. It is such a cool and relaxing amenity. I got nothing but good reviews for these apartments all around.

Had a service request and it was fixed within the same day! Management always has an answer to all of my questions or concerns and makes sure the property is well taken care of!

Really easy to apply and a quick response. I like the amenities and the clean look of the property. Close to principal Hiways and close to my office.

It's been a quiet area so far. The neighbors are very nice and the community is great, although the leasing office cab be difficult to get a hold of.

I love 22Hundred. The location is great, and the community is wonderful. I use the apartment gym all the time and love taking my niece to play ping pong in the game area.

I have been a residence for almost 3 years here in 2200 Apt. It's a lovely community close to work (IAH). Front office staff are usually nice, I only have to talk to them once or twice per year about my lease or package deliveries. Maintenance team is amazing! They are efficient and friendly, I rarely had to request for something fixed, but when I did, they are amazing! The community does fire/safety checks often, it's good to feel safe living here. Most of my neighbors are quiet, rarely do I feel them being noisy! Valet trash service is nice, though I usually take my own trash out when I can. I do feel that sometimes it's hard to get a response from the leasing office via email but I usually just go and talk to them, staff changes so a bit of inconsistency when it comes to their efficiency of service. Also, it's close to the highway so it might not be so quiet but manageable. Overall, it's a good community to live in!

We applied and were approved within a day or two. It was fast and easy. The Staff are very helpful and professional and seem to care about the needs or concerns of their residents. Another plus is they are military friendly as far as waiving a deposit. That is another major reason we chose this community!

I love it here its Very quiet and peaceful here. Neighbors are very nice. The pool is amazing and the view is even better!! The gym is just a plus!!!

Very happy here. Excellent maintenance, cordial staff, and a very nice facility. Highly recommend unless you're the type of person that doesn't pick up after your dog poops in the grass, in which case I think you wouldn't be happy here.
