Resting just over six miles north of the Bronx and 15 miles north of the heart of Manhattan, South Side is a relatively quiet suburban section of the city of Mount Vernon, New York. what a dream for low income housing.
The only way you won't live good here is if your a crack head. The building is beautiful. The units are well maintained as well. There is nothing better than looking around and see the building and units up to standards. It's amazing what a blessing it has been to reside here. 6 years and it's the same joy. Now please think of in the building not the address or what low life is outside. The owner needs to work on staffing for the office.. But that is the only problem.
