Very friendly. Haven’t had any issues. They are always on top of things and have fun events.
5/28 Great place to call home! I love the staff, they listen, are open to communicating and fix any problems you might encounter.. .They are also very involved with community. The pool is great Grounds are kept nice! Pet friendly too. Come check them out!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Management is horrible and maintenance takes forever to fix anything, was without a working stove for almost 2 months and told on several occasions that someone would show up and then no one did. They charged me for housecleaning and carpet cleaning when the apartment was thoroughly cleaned before moving out. They will act nice to your face and the minute you sign the lease, they will do nothing but come up with ways to bill you even after you leave.
I’ve been living here for 5 months. The events for residents are amazing and so much fun. I can’t wait for the summer pool parties.
By far the best apartments I have lived in. Maintenance and ladies in the office are great! They are always on top of everything.
2300 apts always making fun a priority! I love living here. They make sure that the residents have fun activities every month. We enjoyed bingo, great prizes and delicious margaritas on Saturday!!
Apartment are nice. Management is very helpful and fix the problem very quickly. I love it here.
They have a lot Friday events for the tenants! Just this past Friday they had margaritas and bingo!
23Hundred is a beautiful community to live with your children. Everything from the pool to the dog park to the security cameras to ensure our safety help create a fun and safe environmemt for us live in.

I have lived at this complex for almost 3 years. I have had some rowdy neighbor experiences, barking dog experiences and various noise experiences. I expect no less in apartment life. Renovations were in process when I moved here. In the past year, the renovations that I have witnessed make this complex excel in appearance. I have never had any issues that have not been addressed by the maintenance team or management and I appreciate all they have helped me with! This is the most affordable complex in town and it has been WELL-WORTH what I had in my budget to pay for rent. Thank Y'all!

Tenents not picking up after their dogs. I've told management and even took pics and video of tenents while it was happening and management still does nothing about it. So much vandalism going on. I just recently had my car keyed and management does nothing about it. This has happened to several other neighbors also. People living here that's not on the lease, again, I've brought this to managements attention and still nothing done about it. I later found out one of my neighbors was convicted, not just charged but convicted for 10 years in prison for child abuse and i found out later he wasn't even on the lease. Management is the worse I've ever seen in my life. I know for a fact people living here that's not on the lease and management does nothing about it after I've brought this to their attention. Dont be fooled by the pics they have because it does not show what they are really like. Blinds all screwed up, cigarette butts all over the common areas and management does nothing about it. But worst of all they do nothing about the tenents about picking up after their dogs. I showed them proof of who they were and still. Management does nothing about it.

The apartment I live in is an extremely nice place to live. All the neighbors are friendly and everything is always maintained. Any time I need something fixed maintenance is there within 24 hours. I would highly recommend living here.
The apts at 2300 Taylor were reminded so cheaply you can see the seven layers or paint they have used to cover. The pool is not what's advertised on the website it's about the size of a goldfish pond. The stairs and foundation are crumbling the place charges about 200 dollars more than the apts are worth one good thing though it is a quite neighborhood with pretty nice people. I guess that's what your really getting when you move here
