Historic home with modern appliances and beautiful backyard in the heart of Old Louisville! Within walking distance from the University of Louisville, Central Park, and a variety of restaurants and bars. There are two spacious bedrooms (there is a room on the first floor that was used as an additional bedroom by pervious owners), 1 full bathroom, 1 half bath, and four large closets. The home is 1,693 square feet. The monthly rent is $1,800 and we will pay for water. In the past year there have been several upgrades to the home including a new privacy fence, new washer/dryer, and a new furnace. These new upgrades have dramatically increased the energy efficiency of the house. The lease is for 1 year with the option to renew at the end of the term. Owners will pay water and maintain the yard (mowing, weeding, etc.), tenant is will pay for gas and electric chargers. There is street parking available in front of the home. Dogs are allowed if 50 lbs or less. There is no smoking on the premises. Trash is picked up by the city weekly, and recycling every other week.
