The house is in a quiet, remote and secluded location and is only 8 minutes from Ventura blvd and 7 mins from sunset blvd.. Guests may sleep overnight 2 nights a week only. If you have extensive knowledge about the neighborhood you will realize that small units for rent hardly exist in this neighborhood unless you're going to rent an entire house.
