Rent is $875 and includes heat, hot water, water/sewer, trash removal, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, blinds on the windows and one parking space in the attached garage. There is a coin operated laundry in the building and we provide 24-hour Emergency Maintenance. Cats, and dogs less than 75 lbs., are welcome with an additional $250 refundable deposit and $20 monthly pet fee. Breed restrictions do apply.
