Incredibly close to everything fun in Knoxville, super convenient and fast to get to Downtown Knoxville, Old City, and UTK for work/school. Outdoor activities are super close by, whether that be mountain biking, kayaking, walking trails, river parks, Quarry swimming/paddleboarding, etc. This condo is great for a family or a group of 2-3 renters. Having a small gathering with friends/family, no problem! Extra parking is available just across the street. The property manager is excellent, thorough, and prompt with any issues. Pets/animals only on approval of Property Manager.
