This charming two bedroom town house is still currently being remodeled, but will be ready within the next few weeks. We do have some updates being completed. Please be aware that we are not accepting housing vouchers at this time. Pets are allowed, up to two (max weight 50lbs), with additional deposits and fees. The high vaulted ceilings in the living room gives so much space right when you first walk into this home. The living room has a wood fireplace and mantle, as well as storage under the stair case (closed closet). As you walk through, you'll enter the dining area and kitchen that has a stove/oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge provided. There's also a pantry closet so you can stay stocked up on all your home's necessities, and there's tons of cupboard space in the kitchen. The downstairs has one bedroom and one bathroom, and the upstairs has the other bedroom and bathroom. The backyard is completely enclosed and private for your exclusive use (tenant responsible for maintaining back yard, but landscaping services are available for $50 per visit). There is also covered parking in the back for tenants to use at no additional cost. The home does also feature central air.
