About This Property
Property Id: 1724983 You'll have a cozy and peaceful bedroom & bathroom all to yourself. My home is nestled in a quiet little townhome community with easy access to I- & downtown Greenville. There's a community pool and streetlights that make it feel safe at night. You'll have your own assigned parking space & key to come and go as you please. The kitchen will be shared space. You'll have your own section of the refrigerator and pantry to house your groceries and you're welcome to use my pots, pans, dishes & cleaning supplies. I work from home and will be in and out of the home/my office through out the day. Of course we'll work together to ensure a plan that works for both of us with sleeping schedules and noise levels etc. You'll find my home to be a very peaceful, tidy space & it's important to me that you feel at home here as we both work together to be considerate of each others schedules & needs. Side note, we can discuss utilities & deposit fee if needed. This just requires input in these areas.
