The 32" Samsung Smart HD flat screen TV has a HD antenna that receives 50 digital channels and connects to wifi for your Netflix, Hulu and/or Amazon Prime acounts. The water is heated with a tankless water heater for endless hot showers. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the cooking utensils and dining ware you will need. Includes an two burner gas cooktop, microwave/ baking oven, compact refrigerator, and K-cup style coffee maker. Utensils, pots and pans, bake sheets, bowls, kife set...you name it or I will get it for you. The bathroom has a mat, towels, hairdryer and clothes iron. Gas heat and wall air conditioning. Ceiling fan in room. All you need to bring are your clothes! It is set up to be an Airbnb rental. On-site coin laundry available. Off-street parking. Sorry - No smoking is allowed on the premises and no housing vouchers accepted. No pets. We run a full background and credit check. The credit check is $15. The month-to-month agreement requires a 30 day notice to vacate. We will show the unit to prospective new tenants during those 30 days.
