In addition to the kitchen, the main level has the living room and dining room which are spacious and a full bath. The upper level has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Washer/dryer included. Off street parking behind the building. 1.) There is a $30 application processing fee for each adult, which must be in cash or money order. Exact change only. Debit or credit cards are not accepted. 2.) Photo ID is required when submitting an application. 3.) Verification of income is required. 4.) Be prepared to provide residency history for the last 7 years including property address, property owner name and contact information, etc. 5.) A confirmation call is required the morning of the appointment by a specified time. 6.) We do not schedule appointments with third parties.
