About This Home
Spacious house even with several people and two dogs living here(this is my primary residence). Pets are not allowed. Common spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, dining rooms, etc.) are shared space. There's also a backyard with seating area–plenty of shared space to move around without being confined to a private room. There's also two large parks nearby, connected by a paved walking/bike trail that leads goes directly to downtown. Also 3/4 mile from the grocery store and the bus route is around the corner of our block. screening criteria: verifiable income at least 2x monthly rent, credit score 600+, background check absent of crime convictions considered harmful to people or property
My wife and I recently bought this completely renovated 5Br/2bath home originally built 1898 and are looking for some housemates to rent out the extra rooms. There are currently 5 people living in the house (my wife and I, our child, grandmother, + 2 tenants) and we have a private, fully furnished bedroom currently available (queen size bed included) at $650. 3-month lease minimum. The house includes 2 full bathrooms, a large main room, a full kitchen with appliances. and washer/dryer in the basement. A fully fenced in yard complete with a fire pit in the back, this place is great all around! Tons of space to live in and even more for storage! A sturdy old home with strong integrity, renovated to fit in with modern times. We do not allow pets but we personally have two dogs- a 4 y/o Golden Retriever and a 2 y/o German Shepherd that live in the house. Amenities Include: Internet and all other utilities included in rent. Fire pit in back. Fence does a great job keeping street noise to a minimum under 2 minutes to I-90, approximately 5 minutes from downtown/university district Public Library & Community Center right around the corner, Fred Meyer .7miles away Easy walking distance to Underhill Park and Liberty Park; 1/4 mile to Ben Burr Trail Bonus: As this is my primary residence, I also purchase certain amenities such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper, dish soap which tenants are welcome to use (rather than everyone hoarding their own toilet paper.) No smoking/vaping inside dwelling Feel free to reach out if interested!
