Unit has central forced heat, and a window-mounted AC unit (many Utah homes with basement dwellings don't have or need central air conditioning for summertime use due to the insulated nature of basement). The shaded backyard and patio provides grilling opportunities. Great mountain views from the front yard. This apartment is within a 1920s vintage brick house in a residential neighborhood. Location is accessible to all the area has to offer! A 2-mile (three-minute drive) straight drive down Harrison Ave to Weber State University. A 7 mile drive to Hill Air Force Base. 1.5 miles (some might walk or bike) to historic downtown Ogden with its shopping, summer-time farmers markets, and restaurants galore! Public transportation nearby. Love snow skiing or snowboarding? Snowbasin Resort is a 25-minute drive. If water kayaking, SUPing, boating, or water recreation is more your thing, then Pineview Reservoir is only a 22-minute drive.
