Outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs city ordinance. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract, which will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
