Sunlit Haven in the Heart of Chelsea
When the old saying "location location location" was first spoken, they were probably talking about this apartment. Nestled in the heart of Chelsea, this building is perfectly placed on the doorsteps of the the trendy Chelsea art precinct, central Flat Iron district and posh West Village. Every necessity that you will need can be found within a 4 block radius, including groceries, pharmacies, dry cleaners, cinemas, bars, clubs and local landmarks like the Chelsea market and the Highline which offers perfect views of the hudson. The apartment itself is an absolute dream. Unusually for the city, it has extremely high ceilings and rooms that flood with natural light that provide a crisp sense of space and brightness. Natural hardwood floors and modern appliances. In a city where renting can be a hellish experience, this Manhattan apartment is an absolute slice of heaven.
