Is a decent place to live. Mostly quite no crime. Was happy until they assigned parking spaces & put the one we got on the other side of the entire complex have mobility issues but could usually find a spot near my home. Now instead of a nearby spot I will be trekking across the entire complex.

The office is always responsive and kind when I call and the community is reasonably clean and quiet. Main issue is maintenence - my dyer has been broken twice and was replaced with an old one, and the bathtub was peeling, which was fixed after a few months and several calls, but is now peeling again.
Experience has been great over the last year. No complaints every need met in a timely matter. Great area to live in and not have to worry about anything happening to your apartment

The resident was exactly what I wanted! Two bedrooms and a patio to barbecue and invited friends over on nice days! Area was nice an quiet at nite! Henderson was ideal had restaurants shopping malls close by and Health clubs all around me! Nice casino with movie theaters inside! Love this Area period!

Not very happy with the issues my unit has and a lot of water leaks new line doesn’t have an option for emergency maintenance Wish more persistence more care for the people who live here can’t even park at our unit or you gettowed

This community is great. Everyone seems to respect others. Staff is attentive when available and very kind. The pool is amazing when open. The gym is always clean and fresh.

Over the years and it has been a decent place to live. My biggest complaint odd the thin ceilings. It’s like being under a subway. What ever happened to that thing called carpet; it did absorb a lot of sounds.

I am curious to see how the next year goes. To be honest when I first moved in last year the old management was a lil shaky hopefully both pools open soon and maintenance gets better and the other tenants in thr community do a better job picking up after their pets.

We have lived on this property for 3 1/2 years. The first year was fine, but things have gone so downhill since. We were very excited to see that Greystar would be taking over the management of this property in Q4 of 2024, but I believe the quality of management and maintenance on this property has declined even more drastically under their leadership. We want out of our lease. I do not feel safe here, I do not feel clean here, and I don’t feel like anyone cares. I can’t live like this anymore. Every day, I’m stressed as to what I’m going to come home to. The lights under the carports are always out, making my walk from my car to my home feel unsafe. Especially considering I only see security on this property very late at night. It shouldn’t be this way, especially considering we pay GOOD money to live here and have always paid our rent on time.

When I moved here two years ago was wonderful nothing was wrong until we moved into a bigger unit is when we started having problems which it’s fix now but the unit is great looking, but they always have something to fix which is always a drawer or like a leaky tub.

I was frustrated to find several items in need of repair on my arrival. I was unable to report these due to the phones being down for several days. However, when i approached the office in person and relayed my issues, they were quick to respond. It's a bummer the phones are down. They should update their message system.

Apartments are a little older but decent overall. I have had an incident of somebody trying to steal my car but hasn’t happened again. Quiet neighborhood for the most part and park only a few minutes away.

We experienced property damage due to paint, with no response or apology from management, and the resolution took over a month. My daughter was also affected, with paint on her clothing. Additionally, excessive noise from neighbors for over a year, including day and night disturbances, was not addressed by management. While acknowledging the realities of apartment living, we request improved consideration for residents' well-being.

It's mostly a good place to live. The location is good for things like shopping and medical appointments. Management is helpful and maintenance good and timely.

So far its been decent living here. The maintenance crew are decent. The office staff isnt the most kind or welcoming, especially when the whole payment thing happened back a few months ago. I wish they had both pools fixed all of the time cause it would be nice to have somewhere nice outside to sit that isnt my balcony. Overall 3.5 The unit are very clean and I really like my neighbors besides the mormons that are always bothering everyone.

I love the look of the renovated apartments. Countertops and cabinets are modern looking and fair for the price. Heard they will be charging for parking soon which I can't wrap my head around but it's not a deal breaker. I just signed another lease.

These apartments are nice. Nothing over the top, but overall appliances and building materials function well. The materials, such as flooring, doors, windows, and walls, seem a bit cheap, but this isn't the most expensive place to live in the Vegas area either. Thin walls and floors also make it easy to hear neighbors. Overall, this is a nice place, but if you are looking for a fancy, fully-modern place to live, look elsewhere.
I’ve liked staying here so far it’s quiet. I don’t really be bothered by any of the neighbors and ever since they got new management. It seemed like things move a little bit more smoother.

I have been here for over 4 years and have never had a bad experience until we transferred to a new apartment building September last year. The problem is not with the office but the maintenance. The maintenance should be more aware and communicate more with the resident. Also in January of this year the maintenance came in fix the tub and when we got back we found all this white debris everywhere even in our kids room all over their toys and we had to clean it ourselves. After this experience we no longer trust the maintenance in this community.

Good living, very convenient to all such as close to our banks, markets, closer to the airport, schools , gas stations and casinos. Nearby 215 East and West freeways exit

I chose this place for the location and price, I wanted a good pool and gym. However usually the pools are closed and none of the hot tubs work. Pools were closed when I first moved in with no explanation. Many things were not fixed in my apartment before I moved in. Broken locks, uneven drawers, leaking pipes. Most definately NOT LUXE. I would try other apartments if I was you !

I lived here a long time because I thought it was very private, quiet and relatively safe. It's just me and it's very hard to keep getting up and moving to other complexes so I try to give an apartment complex the benefit of the doubt year after year and to give myself a break as long as I think I am safe and it is quiet. I forgave instances that happened so many times because of the quiet and the privacy like my car getting damaged (some people were fighting at night and fell on my car hood), mailbox broken into and damaged several times with the complex blaming the USPS and the USPS blaming the apartment complex . The other problem for me is that this is an older complex and the property has old pipes. There have been many instances where the water had to be shut off, sometimes for entire weekends, once when it was $113° outside and now in the middle of winter. I understand things happen but they happen here with the water far too often. I feel with the changes of property management staff and maintenance personnel, it is becoming more difficult for them to perform the proper upkeep of this older complex. It's a very pretty complex but it has gone downhill. This is Henderson, the heart of Henderson, and this complex should be running properly. I think the newest property manager is definitely trying but I think that they inherited problems.

I was looking for a new residence in September 2021 and I visited with Francesca at 23 Twelve where I decided to go ahead a reserve the large 1 bedroom apartment after seeing the model apartment. Due to life circumstances, the tenants in the apartment I reserved had to push out their move out date 2 times and then I got Covid staying with my mom and ended up canceling my move after all that. Come February 2022, Francesca and all the wonderful office women were so kind to me after things turned around and I was able to still rent the apartment using my same deposit. I am now completely unpacked and loving the area and apartment complex very much. Even though it is not gated, I do feel safe where I live. Thank you Francesca and 23 Twelve. - Stella

During our tour we were shown a model unit that was in nice shape and well kept. The management office is also very nice. We were told the hot tubs were being repaired during the tour as they were inoperative. Moved in November 2021 to an apartment that was anything but Luxury. Cabinets did not have doors, Appliances were missing. This was taken care of promptly. As for the amenities they claim, that is where the main deceit begins, they tout on the front page of their website "If you're looking for resort living, look no further than 23 Twelve Apartments. The Maintenace staff has been great and extremely prompt, but seems to be limited by an extremely greedy management company.

not sure why people are complaining about AC not working. I live on 2nd floor and yes if you try to keep AC at 76 when temp outside is 115, youre apt will not stay cool. 2nd floor apts get all the direct sun light. i keep my AC on 67-68 and never have a problem. mgmt is just fine. no issues. and honestly no complaints. great price. decent location.

Horrible management! No AC for 45 days starting in the middle of June! Even after 7+ emergency maintenance requests and many, many phone calls. No compensation for the destruction of our property from the 90+ degrees in our apartment. Horrible maintenance manager who is extremely disrespectful to women! Dog attack regularly. Filthy complex! needles, broken glass, dog poop and garbage everywhere. No parking. Rude office staff. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Just don’t do it.

It's the middle of summer and my ac unit has been out 2 days now. It's literally been 100 degrees in my apartment and I’ve had to sleep at my friends place. They have failed to communicate to me that they had to order a whole new unit and now I'm in a waiting game to see *if* they can get me a portable ac unit until the new one comes in. Not worth the 4 digit rent I'm paying every month. Oh and I still have damages that need to be fixed from when I moved in 3 months ago. Update: 6 days later and my AC is still out after it was supposed to be fixed today and the manager is offering no compensation whatsoever.

There are no maintenance people in this apartment complex. When things break, they call some temporary service. Those people come, but they don't know what to fix and how. They only collect money, but don't provide any service. Stay away from this property.

The worst maintenance and management I have ever lived in. Do not rent at these apartments they do not care about their tenants and the main office is full of rude employees

If you like the rudest office manager, broken equipment in the workout room, service calls that go unanswered, old appliances that they refuse to fix, i.e. Tv in workout room hasn't been hooked up for a year, this is the place for you definitely not as advertised!
