There is also a small yard behind the house that allows for grilling, sunbathing, or letting your dog out for some outdoor time. There is also a run which you can hook your dog up to if you want to make use of that. Pet friendly: Dogs are OK, Cats OK, Other pets (just ask). Extra $50 added to rent per animal. Pay Rent online through auto-pay: A $50 discount will be applied to the rent with auto-pay enabled, without auto-pay the rent would increase to $2550. With auto-pay it is $2500. Online payment is required for ALL PAYMENTS. The first month's rent, and the security deposit must be paid up front. First month, and security deposit is required upon signing the lease. Online payment processing will be done through Avail.co Shared coin-op washer and dryer in the basement. No Utilities are included. Utilities are also billed through Avail every month, quarterly for the water/sewer bill. GREAT LOCATION - It's just outside of downtown Dover. It's a 5 minute walk to get downtown underneath historic Broadway Bridge. Breakaway Cafe, (formerly flight coffee shop), is a great place for work-from-homers to post up with a laptop. UNH Bus & COAST bus stops, a 5 minute walk to the train station where you can pick up Amtrak and get to Boston. This is also a 5 minute drive to the big box stores in Dover/Somersworth, Rt 9, Rt 108, and Rt 155. In a pinch, there is a local deli / convenience store across the street: "Katz's Deli". Small Park with a half court basketball court is a great place to take your dog(s) for a walk. This apartment has a close proximity to everything Dover has to offer while still maintaining the privacy and peacefulness of a quiet street.
