It is also very close to SCSU, UNH, Yale University, and Gateway Community College. Washer & Dryer hookups are provided, tenants to bring their own washer and dryer. The tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal. Renters insurance is required. In accordance with CT State Law, we accept all legal forms of payment, including all government housing voucher programs which cover our area. Number of Occupants: The Town of North Haven sets a limit of 3 non-related people living in a single-family residence. If 4 people will be living there then at least 2 must be related, if 5 people will be living there then at least 3 must be related...etc. There are no exceptions to this town ordinance.
