RPI STUDENTS: Looking for a great apartment to share with your friends? The price is all-inclusive: heat; electric; gas; internet; water and garbage fees all included. Located on a quiet street, this house is very quiet and great for studying. But if you want to have some friends over, this is also a great place to hang out, play games, have a barbecue in the large yard, etc. Price works out to $750 per student, all inclusive. $650 per person without utilities. Landlords have 20-year experience and one is an RPI alum. We won't be in your hair, but we live nearby in case you need us.
