Known for its towering office buildings and vibrant cultural scene, Downtown is one of the most successfully revitalized areas in Minneapolis. With its central urban location, Downtown draws an intriguing mix of residents looking to live in the middle of the action.
Driving through Downtown, you might be surprised at the lack of people on the streets, but don't be fooled -- the buildings link together by a unique system of skyways that enable residents to walk comfortably, even during the legendary Minneapolis winters. During the warmer months, residents of Downtown enjoy living within walking distance of entertainment centers such as Target Field and the Nicollet Mall. Bordered by the historic Mill District, Downtown East, North Loop and the Mississippi River, the neighborhood offers quick access to the city's most lively neighborhoods.

Property Ratings at 240 Park Avenue
Before, there were many amenities, and it feels like stuff continues to be taken away to cut costs. Stuff like the elevators and hot tubs being out of service for MONTHS, and lots of complimentary stuff being taken away. Parking used to be one per unit included and now we have to pay. We have two cars and we were told we had to buy parking at a parking structure downtown which is miserable in the winter. Also incredibly noisy, the walls are so thin that we can hear even normal conversation from our neighbors at all times of the day. Seemed to good to be true when we moved in, AND IT WAS
I moved in a little less than a year ago. I LOVE everything about my unit and the building itself. However, management continues to remove amenities due to "waste." First, the closed down the coffee machine so that it is only open from 7-11 a.m. Then, they took away the syrups for the machine. Then, it was the sparkling water. Then, it was the complimentary printing, and finally, the loss of the complimentary electric vehicle charging and replacement with paid electric charging. ALSO, with over 200 units, there are only two elevators to service the building which is definitely not enough. And one of them was down for over 2 months. And the hot tub has been broken for at least 6 months. Finally, the walls are incredibly thin. I hear pulsating bass and kids yelling in the hallway at all hours of the night. My floor always reeks because of the trash chute smell and marijuana.
240 park ave has been my home for almost 6 months and living here has been nothing less than great. Huge shout out to Will and the other staff members that make it feel like such a warm community. Amenities are top-notch and the VIEWS! One thing to note is they do offer 3 bedroom units that are very spacious. Overall 10/10, well done 240 Park Ave :)
Moved from out of state and took a gamble on 240 Park without being able to actually physically see/tour the apartment. Very happy with my decision - love the gas range in the kitchen and the fact that there's a grill on the balcony. Plenty of space in the unit, very friendly and helpful staff, everything was pretty much all set up which made move-in go smoothly.
I have lived at 240 Park Ave for 6 months now and I have nothing but great things to say about the community, building, and staff here. If you are a Vikings fan like I am then you will agree with me that the biggest perk of living here is having the luxury of being so close to the stadium, therefore, being able to catch every game conveniently!
240 Park Avenue is a great place to call home, due to it's great location, great amenities and great staff. The location lets you get the downtown feel while also being within blocks from the beautiful Stone Arch Bridge & just a block away from a Starbucks and a Trader Joe's; what more could you ask for! The community amenities at 240 Park are also excellent, from the gym to the pool/sauna to the sports simulator and community rooms. The amenities are all extremely well kept & clean as well! The concierge and security staff are always very friendly and helpful. Additionally, each time that we've had to submit a maintenance request, we have received a prompt response and solution! Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with our decision to live here and love being able to call this community home.
We moved to 240 Park Avenue in July. It’s been a wonderful experience all the way around. Everyone in this building is so friendly. The staff is prompt, helpful, and fun! The amenities are endless. The Mill District area has a great energetic vibe. I love having Trader Joe’s only one block away! Overall great place to live.
I have really enjoyed my first 4 months living at 240 Park Ave. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and I consistently use the gym and hot tub and in the warmer months, I spend a lot of time on the roof. The location is in a safe neighborhood and extremely close to Trader Joe's and about a 5-minute walk to the Light Rail. Our apartment itself is very nice with great views of downtown and nice finishes. I would recommend this property to anyone.
Great location and nice building to live in. Amenities that you will actually use year round, especially the dog run and spa. The staff is wonderful and the building is very safe. Good parking options as well
My husband and I moved in June and have loved living at 240 Park. We enjoy how quiet the units are and the awesome neighborhood. It has been a great work from home environment with all the amenities and friendly staff. We feel so safe living at 240 with the security at front desk and Latch app. It is also the perfect home for our puppy Rory with the dog park in the neighborhood and pet spa.
If you’re looking for an apartment in MPLS with great amenities, heated parking, timely and considerate service, new living spaces and pet friendly accommodations, look here! Absolutely no complaints from this resident.
This apartment has anything you could truly need. Balconies with a grill, fitness center, pool, hot tub, sauna, AMAZING ROOFTOP, secured package room, and even a simulator room. Trader Joe’s is only a block away along with an amazing neighborhood right next to Stone Arch Bridge and Gold Medal Park. Gives you a downtown vibe without being in the heart of downtown!
240 Park apartments is a great place to live. All of the staff is very friendly and the apartment has many great amenities. The apartment units are spacious and have high quality finishes and appliances.
Apartments are spacious and beautiful. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym are so nice, especially during the winter. The staff is very friendly.
The staff are excellent, especially the security. Gym is fantastic, and the rooftop area is great
In our 60’s my husband and I moved in to a 240 Park Ave apartment after selling a near by condo. Haven’t had lived in an apartment since our college days we were unsure we’d like. More than pleasantly surprised, we love!! The amenities and up keep of all the spaces are amazing, but honestly I think it’s the lovely people who work here. The genuine niceness and assistance we’ve received has made us feel so at home.
Love it! I moved in in the middle of August and the process was quick and easy. We moved in in the middle of the month as well and we were able to only pay for the end of the month when we were actually living there which was a luxury not every apartment gives. The staff is very friendly and are quick with communicating, whether that be for service requests or just general questions. The security staff is also very friendly, especially Willie!
Great location and first class service. Rooms offer a spacious experience and amenities are awesome.
Friendly staff, fantastic amenities. Very happy here so far.
So far it’s been a great place to live. Great amenities, responsive staff (hard to come by), 24/7 security (even harder to come by), and views for days. Dog owners will love living here with the pet spa and private dog park on the top floor.
From the very beginning, 240 Park was great at making me feel welcomed. They showed me several units and eventually I signed a lease with them. The building is new with tons of amenities, probably more than you will need. And is in a great location! All the staff is super friendly which helps when you’re interacting with them in the daily.
Very quiet, great staff, and an incredible amount of amenities.
Great new apartment building in the Mill District, with all the amazing amenities expected! Plus - nothing beats having a personal grill on your patio, the best amenity that I have seen in the apartments downtown. The staff is also friendly and helpful during the touring process and after you've moved in.
Will is my favorite staff at 240 park ave, he’s always bringing really good energy and super fun to chat with. Also, born in raised a Vikings fan, our rooftop has the best view of not just the city, but more importantly U.S. Bank. Been to every game so far this year and being able to live this close, pretty much at a resort, is really just a dream come true.
Just moved into this building with my wife this October. We love it!
The apartments here are beautiful: large living spaces, floor to ceiling windows, and top-of-the line kitchens. The security is great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a great process for moving in, so that was very appreciated.
Moved here in July and its been wonderful! The neighborhood is very safe. The staff is polite. Our building is always clean. Amenities are beautiful. I also love the proximity to things within walking distance! I literally go to Trader Joe’s like every other day. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a luxury place to check it out here!!
I’ve lived here for a few months now and I feel like I made a great decision in signing here. The amenities are nice, the staff is super friendly, and the walls are thick (I’ve never heard a neighbor and outside noise is muffled well)
240 Park Avenue is a great place to live. They offer many amenities, including a sports lounge, gym, sauna, hot tub, lap pool, multiple patios and club rooms, and a dog run. On top of the amenities, the apartment community hosts many socials where we can meet and mingle with other residents. The staff here are also really friendly and responsive. Overall, a great experience.
I picked this building because of the super unique sports lounge as I am an avid golfer. The apartments are also very quiet!
Nothing like it in Minneapolis. Indoor pool? Check. Heated parking? Check. No pet rent? Check. Professional and friendly staff? Check check check. I love living here!
