About 2400 Tony Tank Ln Raleigh, NC 27613
Very spacious apartment with a lot of natural lighting, in a very safe neighborhood in Raleigh, NC. The apartment was newly renovated when I moved in last year. The appliances are very nice and the walls are a calming eggshell color instead of basic white. The apartment includes: Large one bedroom with 2 huge closets Large bathroom with a garden tub (which is amazing) Dining room Living room w/ fireplace Sunroom W/D in unit The apartment complex has a gym, tennis courts, and large pool onsite. The neighborhood itself is very friendly and located very close to Lake Lynn, multiple dog parks, Crabtree Valley Mall, an awesome movie theatre with reclining chairs and a ton of gyms. I am relocating to NYC for work. I need a sublease to take over the remainder of my lease from Jan 1st -- June 16th (6 months- dates flexible) with the opportunity to renew when the lease runs up. This is an awesome deal because you will not be able to find a 6 month lease for this price in Raleigh! If you are interested I would be more than happy to set up an open house ? Move in dates are flexible
