Details: -3bed/2bath, living room plus extra den, renovated home with new windows, new hvac, new baths, all new kitchen with new appliances and quartz countertop -Central heat/air, south facing home stays cool -No carpet, luxury vinyl plank flooring -All appliances included, front loading washer/dryer also -Can be furnished or unfurnished -Shared fenced backyard and small in-ground pool (property has 2 separate back units and RV space) -Peaceful vibes, not a party place *Again to be clear: -House itself is private and NOT shared, backyard and laundry room are shared with 3 quiet back tenants who occupy three separate units in the back. (Laundry room is in the back of the front house with outdoor access so other tenants will not enter your home.) Ideal tenant is clean, nonsmoking/no heavy alcohol or drugs/no drama, reliable, energy conservation-minded, will take good care of the house and be a friendly neighbor. 2 tenants, max 2 cars preferred. Young children unfortunately would not be a good fit for this property due to ungated pool. -$2,100/mo rent plus $350/mo flat rate fee for ALL BILLS (including electricity, gas, water, trash/recycling, pool maintenance, landscaping, monthly property maintenance check, pest control, fast 1Gig wifi). $2,450 ABP.
