Relax House is located in Desert Park Estates, a mixed architectural residential neighborhood in North Palm Springs, CA, where many of its homes were built in the 1950’s up to the 2000’s. This area is very quiet, and just a few miles away from Albertsons, Starbucks, EOS Gym, Walgreens, and Victoria Park. Just minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, you get easy access to the most vibrant part of the city without all the noise that comes with it. Explore local attractions including the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, charming day spas, and family-friendly hiking trails, all within close proximity. Guests have access to all areas of the house, except for the garage. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests. The booker must be 25 years or older. Noise should not be audible beyond the property line. ID collection and a separate rental agreement are required. Some guests have noted the home's location near the airport to be a bit noisier than they would have liked. Most guests have not found it to be an issue but this may be something to consider as you're booking your vacation.
