The city limits comprise a very small area with fewer than 2,000 residents, but the Magnolia community stretches much farther out into Montgomery County and includes well over 100,000 people. The reasonable proximity to Houston and George Bush Intercontinental Airport makes Magnolia an appealing rental option for commuters, and fifteen colleges and universities lie within an hour’s drive as well.
