One off street parking space a shared laundry and a cellar for some extra storage. We share utilities 6 ways. The utilities average $50-$70/month. Need $1500/month verified income. This is a pet friendly home but we have two dogs and two cats now. No room for more dogs. Furniture in bedroom not included.
