About This Property

Come to view our studio apartment located centrally in Colorado Springs. The apartment has new carpet and new paint. Full kitchen to include Refrigerator, stove top, sink, and toaster oven. Washer and Dryer are also included and located in the studio apartment. The unit also has central air conditioning for the warm summer months, a full furnace to keep you warm in the winter months, and its own water heater. Front of the main house for parking and able to use the fence gate and stairs to access the studio apartment over the garage for the main house. All utilities will be split by the units 80% by the main house and 20% by the apartment. Electricity is not included in the split, they are separately metered. Trash is included in the rent. NO PETS & NO SMOKING!!! Contact Action Team Realty for a showing -- . Applications can be made at which is $40 per adult, and each person over the age of 18 must submit a separate application. For rental verifications, we use LandLord Verification™ Online, a third-party vendor. Go to their site using our custom link and create your tenant account. Our custom link will also be used as part of your login credentials. *There is a $10.25 fee for up to 2 landlord references. We require current and previous landlord references for each Applicant. 2-3 years of history are required. The minimum credit score to apply for this unit is 700.
