With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates guests, providing everything you need to feel at home, including free WiFi and onsite laundry. Pet-friendly options are available for a fee. Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad and find themselves in the living room, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a large Smart TV. The dining room features a beautiful farm table with seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen is just past the dining room. Additionally, there is a covered porch off the living room with patio furniture. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom has two full-sized beds. The second full bathroom is shared between these two rooms and has a shower/tub combination. This unit has direct access to the washer and dryer. The backyard is fully fenced and includes a charcoal grill. Pets are welcome with a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This apartment is located in Midtown on a residential street with easy access to most major attractions. It is less than half a mile to major grocery stores and restaurants. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The driveway and backyard are shared with the upstairs unit. The house has a digital keypad at the front door for access, and the code will be provided upon check-in.
