Welcome to a cozy, quirky 2 bed, 1 bath in a great location! The main floor has 1 bedroom/office (11.5ftx7ft) with a closet, living/dining space, a den, galley kitchen (dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave), bathroom, and laundry room. At the top of the spiral staircase is a loft bedroom (13ftx10.5ft) with a closet. Outside is a stone patio, gas grill, and shed for storage. There are "yard corridors" on either side of the house and the entirety is fenced. Well-behaved/house trained pets are welcome (dog door installed in the back door). Natural gas furnace heats the house, and a swamp cooler and A/C window unit are installed for cooling. 10 minute walk to Empower Field, close to LoDo and Downtown, and easy access to highways I-25, I-70, and 6. Jefferson Park, a coffee shop, the grocery store, a brewery, and multiple restaurants are also walkable. We lived in this house for 6 years and are excited to rent it to someone who will appreciate it as much as we did! Rent is fixed and includes internet. Proof of steady income and background check are required. Tenant is in charge of basic yard upkeep.
