Note there are three levels of stairs to reach the apartment's entry floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and includes a Nespresso coffee maker. Relax in comfort with luxury linens, premium Malin & Goetz bath products, and a smart TV with Roku for your entertainment. The apartment also features an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. Pets are allowed with approval and a one-time $300 charge. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Monthly housekeeping is required for stays of 60 nights or longer, with a full mid-stay cleaning every 30 days, invoiced prior to the service. Located in the posh, residential Upper East Side, this neighborhood is known for its wealthy denizens, fancy restaurants, and designer shops along Madison Avenue. Enjoy the mix of classic brownstones and upscale high-rises. Museum Mile, a stretch of 5th Avenue next to Central Park, draws crowds to cultural institutions like the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, and El Museo del Barrio. This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months, with a preference for furnished leases. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. You will either be personally greeted or provided with self check-in instructions. Our concierge team is available to assist with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Work from home with ease thanks to high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair. A laptop computer is not included.
