It is a 12-month lease and each bedroom does have its own lease so each leaser is only responsible for their bedroom and its contents such as the bathroom and closet. Right now in my current home, the second floor is leased out, however there is not a 3'rd floor roommate at this time. I am not certain about the arrangements for the 3'rd floor for the next leasing term, however the current second floor roommate has released for next year. The rent for the lease starting at the above date under my lease will be $660/moth for the all furnished townhome. If leasing from the Camden Forest office, you would be paying $700 per month, so this makes for a good deal! All utilities are included in rent, such as electric, cable, internet, and water. No overage fines are received so your rent will never change from $660 each month. Camden Forest offers a beautiful pool area with a fire pit, grills for a cookout, hammocks, and comfortable pool chairs. Inside the clubhouse, there is a gym, conference room, computer room with printers, and a hang out area with a pool table and free Starbucks coffee. There is also a sand volleyball court in the complex. All of these luxurious amenities are included in your rent and available for you to use. Also, if you are a UNCW student, there is a shuttle bus that picks you up from Camden Forest and takes you right to campus. Many people also ride bikes or longboards or walk to campus as well because we are a very close distance.
