Property Ratings at 248 Pamela
I lived here a couple years ago and have moved around a couple times in the Bay Area since then. I wanted to give a review since this place has been my fav out of everywhere else I’ve lived and I actually miss it. Pros: nice interior finishes (love the shower tile, bamboo floors, etc.), very quiet community, walking distance to downtown, amazing price, quick maintenance, got entire security deposit back (when does that ever happen?!) Cons: no A.C., no private balcony, no in-unit laundry Pros outweighs the cons though. Loved living here.
Do not rent this apartment. The rent is expensive after they add all kinds of charges such as water, sewing, garbage... etc. The management is disrespectful to its tenants. Be cautious about the clause that landlord reserve the right to do anything on the contract. In reality, they really do make changes despite if you are being a good tenant or not. When you asked why, they either give you a lame reason or just tell you they can make any changes without a reason. You also have to pay all the maintenance or fix something that's broken. At the end, you are paying much more than other communities. So don't rent here.
