The Beltline is just 3 blocks away, providing easy access to the Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park, Sweet Auburn, Cabbagetown, and more. This apartment is 11 minutes walking to King Memorial Transit Station (Marta blue and green lines) and 9 minutes walking to the King Historic streetcar stop that runs downtown. Unit 7 is a lovely two bedroom, one bath apartment with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and exposed brick walls. The galley kitchen features a gas stove, and there is plenty of space for plants on the porch and back stairwell. We have great neighbors that help with the community garden plot. We're seeking new tenants to take our place with a new year long lease. We'd love to turn over the apartment between October 1st - 15th, but we're flexible on timing.
