Cute apartment in a friendly community

We have lived in this apartment for 6 years. I have really nice neighbors and a great super. The building has an elevator and laundry in the basement. The elevator breaks down a lot and the laundry always has at least 1 dryer that is broken. The kitchen badly needs to be redone and the whole apartment needs to be repainted. We have never had rodents but occasionally get roaches. The building is quiet and there is very little to no street noise. The apartment has its good qualities and its bad qualities but the good definitely outweighs the bad and it is a really nice place to live.
