About This Property
A master room has a private small bath 2 other rooms will share a bigger bath You can feel free to use the living room, kitchen, and dining room. My house is pretty quiet and surrounded by nature. Not only you can discover the beautiful Patapsco Valley State Park just behind us for a walk, but also many great restaurants and grocery stores just right in the corner. It may take you 20 minutes to drive up to Baltimore downtown and 1 hour to Washington DC. The closest bus station is 5 minutes by car. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 baths. The basement has been rented out to a tenant for 8 years already. He is a nice and hard-working guy. We are the owner but we are not living in the house. You will be receive the bill for the electric, water and Internet in the end of the month. We will share it even for all tenants in the house by the end of the month when we receive it from BGE, water, and Xfinity. No smoking or pets are allowed in the house. We will have a contract and let you sign before moving. We keep the house clean and neat. So we hope we can find new tenants with the same mindset to keep the living environment healthy.
