Enjoy shopping at the Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, or Market Common and eat at any of the many fantastic restaurant options nearby, If golf is your thing we have it on all levels from miniature to world-class courses. Amenities include: Three bedrooms Master bedroom features a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a bedside table. Washer & dryer are provided in the unit. Additional Information: This unit is NOT pet-friendly This unit is completely nonsmoking, including the balcony. (This includes all forms of Vape pens and E-cigarettes. We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. There is some parking in front of the building. Additional parking is across the street. Palms Resort will allow two medium-sized cars. This unit is available from November 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Rent is $1,595 per month, security deposit is $1,595. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional.
