The area is treated for pests, but sightings of cockroaches, ants, and spiders can occur due to the heat. No refunds are offered for pest sightings, but assistance is available if needed. Some resort amenities may be unavailable until late 2024 or early 2025 due to hurricane damage, and no refunds will be issued for unavailable amenities during this time.
