You will have three parking spots available, not assigned, on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are labeled 'Visitor'. Conveniently located, this apartment is just 5 minutes from USF (2.2 miles), 8 minutes from MOSI (4.2 miles), 11 minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa Drive (4.5 miles), 10 minutes from Takomah Trail Park Drive (5.1 miles), and 13 minutes from Lettuce Lake Park Drive (5.9 miles). The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
