Equipped with all your vacation essentials for a comfortable and relaxing time, this apartment features a full kitchen, dining areas, a comfy living area, and a free washer and dryer. The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area to share meals. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. Enjoy access to the community pool and a nearby gym. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An unleashes pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. The apartment is conveniently located near several attractions, including USF (2.2 miles), MOSI (4.2 miles), Busch Gardens Tampa (4.5 miles), Takomah Trail Park (5.1 miles), and Lettuce Lake Park (5.9 miles). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the apartment and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray.
