There is a half bath/ laundry off of the living room. That is where the front entryway is. Upstairs is a full bath. The smaller bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, desk area, sitting area, and a walk in closet. There is an ac unit downstairs, and in both bedrooms.and since we do live in VT I do want to mention that there is free snow removal.
