Part of Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward, Central Park has become a neighborhood and cultural center in its own right. The park and its surrounding area sit just outside of Midtown Atlanta, just minutes from the city center and all the popular attractions. The park itself hosts the annual Shaky Knees and Shaky Beats music festivals, both of which draw in thousands of local and out-of-state attendees.
There’s plenty of upscale and amenity-rich apartments that surround Central Park, granting residents access to pocket of greenery among Atlanta’s skyscrapers.

Property Ratings at Muse ATL
To began we have lived at 251 for a bit over two years. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere, poor management, leaks in ceiling and MOLD. Nothing is ever properly fixed just patched over with zero follow up and lack of any professionalism.
I had a really good experience here I love the area! Ashley really helped my move if you move here make sure to go see her!
We just moved here a few weeks ago and everyone from maintenance to the front office and Ashley especially has been so helpful and wonderful. It's a great place to call home in a great neighborhood and it's affordable so YAY 251 North !!
The staff at 251 North Apartments is extremely helpful. The unit was ready in a timely fashion and the move-in process was hassle free. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. The gates are properly working, and the results of the landscaping projects are beautiful. I do not regret calling 251 North Apartment my home.
Literally the worst Apartment Complex ever. The only positive was the style of the split level apartment and the general location. We had mice. That they wouldn’t believe us about until we brought a dead one to the front office. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and attitude from the office staff that I have EVER experienced. Vanessa is a joke. Everyone else is equally as rude and incompetent. We had every issues under the sun... it took 6 months, 13 visits to the apartment and 6 different doors to get a working screen door. We only stayed another year because they waited until the very last minute to raise our rent over $200/month (after a year), and we didn’t have enough time to find a new place. They make a million promises they can’t keep, everything floods, construction was a nightmare for almost the past year. No working gate (that we pay for), security people that are supposed to watch the gate that can’t look up from their phones to bother to see who is coming in... EVER, no guest parking, tiny parking spots.... and every person I talked to experienced similar issues. I know someone else who used to live here. We left due to the rats and everything else above... the other people left for the murders and constant crime. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.
Maintenance team is very good, but the office never finds anyway to help with any issue that you have. I have ask for help with different issues since I move and never they are never able to even try to help. At the moment my bathtub paint is all chipped and looks disgusting and they won't do anything to fix it. They tell me that I have to be out of the apartment for 3 days in order to do it. In others words I would have to expend money on a hotel for them to fix the problem. Old building that disparately needs updating.
I have read other reviews and realized that they were old and that there is new management because I had a great experience when I toured the place. The apartments are adorable and have great lighting and lots and lots of closets space. They have these cute one bedroom lofts so you can use that as an office or extra bedroom for guests. The upgraded kitchen is great with upgraded appliances and parking is not an issue. I did not see trash on property or anywhere other than the trash dumpster. It's quiet and small and perfect for me to get to work and shopping. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to find a reasonable rent in MIDTOWN and looking for cute, clean, roach free professional place.
The location of the apartments is awesome if you hate driving in Atlanta traffic. The North Avenue station is just two blocks up the street and there is a grocery store and Walgreens on the other side of the block. Plus, if you work outside of the midtown/downtown area, you will save a lot of driving time going against the flow of rush hour traffic. With the rare exception of a pool party to celebrate a holiday weekend, the place is really quiet. The maintenance crew is really friendly and has been pretty fast with the few repairs I've requested. Plus, it seems like they are always there. I've seen them working before 8am on a Saturday. My only complaint is that sometimes the post office or UPS will deliver to the office instead of the apartment and they don't let you know if they have a package for you.
I moved in a month ago and would not recommend this complex. For starters, good luck getting a call back or an answer to your email after they know you are going to rent. The nicey nice stops after you tour an apartment. If you want a nice, renovated unit then DEFINITELY look elsewhere because the nice units here are no cheaper than other complexes in the neighborhood and this place is a headache to deal with. If you are looking at the dated units because of the decent pricing (like I did), I will just say PROCEED WITH CAUTION. DO NOT move here if you have a hard and fast deadline- our move-in date was changed 3 times. Each time I had to call utilities and have the dates changed. DO NOT move here or sign anything without seeing the EXACT unit you will live in first. After being jerked around for weeks we finally got to our move-in date and arrived from out of state with a full moving truck. The apartment was completely different from the one we toured (we were told it would be exactly the same except for the color of the kitchen finishings and the flooring). I know every unit differs slightly but it was a totally different unit- half the size and missing major aspects of the floor plan, such as a second bathroom sink. The apartment manager at the time, Keela, would never acknowledge that it was different. She had never even seen the unit prior to our arrival, but had apparently felt qualified to answer our questions over the phone about how it looked. (??) She said they couldn't anticipate "every little detail" we wanted. Absolute bull. We ended up with a different unit with no apology or price break. We are paying more than we were going to because they had no interest in fixing their own mistake, just blaming us for it. Besides that, the office staff are basically brain dead. When I talk to the guy at the front desk I have to check for signs of life. We had major maintenance issues immediately (non-working oven, leaking sink, both smoke detectors stopped working, and water started leaking from the outside under our baseboards and into our room). If they show you a unit with concrete floors, rest assured it is because it tends to leak or flood. Thankfully a new manager just arrived named Robin and she is great. She solved a billing issue I had quickly and painlessly- the other folks would have jerked us around for days and not been helpful. Hopefully she will turn things around in the office.
I haven't even lived here, and dealing with the apartment complex is the worst experience I've ever had. If I could give it -5 stars, I would. We submitted an application here about a month before our move in date. After contacting them the next day to make sure that they had received it, we submitted drivers licenses and pay stubs. They waited until LESS THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE OUR MOVE IN to tell us that they could not "verify my pay stubs" (Never heard of this before. Are you trying to tell me that pay stubs from the federal government aren't legit? Get real.) and I needed to submit other ones. Sure thing, minor setback, I'll play ball. After submitting more pay stubs, they gave me the same answer. By the time that they could "verify" my paystubs they decided to tell me TWO DAYS BEFORE MY MOVE IN that they just wouldn't rent to us because of "inconsistensies" and would not give us a detailed reason why. No reason why. When my girlfriend's mother called an hour later, they said they would allow her to cosign the apartment so we could move in. Then, they decided to call her back 30 minutes later to tell her THAT THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND AND JUST WOULDN'T RENT TO US ANYMORE. Now we literally have no place to live and 5 days to move out. We'll be lucky if we can even find a place this time of year. Please, please, please don't go through the headache of dealing with this place. They'll play games with you, and just when you think everything is fine, you won't have a place to live. I also just saw a news video that showed that the place flooded in 2015 as well. People's cars had to be towed away because they were completely submerged in water. YOU WILL REGRET APPLYING TO THIS PLACE.
The property floods and if you ask they will tell you that it is managed and being fixed, this is not true. There are robberies, the pool is always closed, the trash dumpster is always overflowing. The management is terrible, for the most part. The office is always closed when it is supposed to be open, and they lose packages often. We had a rat problem that took the property over a week to address. Not a mouse problem, an enormous-rat problem. Don't be misguided by their redecorated leasing office, do not sign a lease here.
great place in midtown affordable rent .. nice location near to the parks and football and tennnis grounds..
Nice little farm house. Needs some work. Nice location to live. Close to a huge lake.
