This is a lower unit apartment with a small kitchenette and shared entryway, but has it's own private door to the unit. Owners live on-site with one well-behaved dog. The unit includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, spacious living room, laundry room/kitchenette, and unique bar area. Available August 19th (flexible) for a 12-month lease, however lease duration is negotiable. Utilities, trash service, and internet is included in the rent price. Although we are pet lovers, no pets are allowed in this unit. No smoking of any kind on the property. On-street parking is available for two cars. Credit and background check will be required for renting.
