Conscious Family Looking for a QUIET, CLEAN and self-sufficient person to rent our 13 x 20 Tiny Home. Tiny Home is on opposite side of property from our family's home. Tiny home has kitchen with two burner stove, full fridge and freezer, sink and plenty of counter space. Full bathroom with shower, sink and composting toilet. Regular bathrooms with toilets available. Living room furnished with futon and coffee table. A ladder leads up to the bedroom loft with full size bed. Another storage loft is on the opposite side. Bedroom has a widows door that leads outside to a deck with railings and mountain view. $850 includes private parking, trash, electricity and water. WIFI is on the property yet does not often reach tiny house. Renter MUST be willing to live amongst those with a conscious-based way of living. We are very spiritual and environmentally conscious family. We allow alcohol, yet will not tolerate the use of alcohol to get buzzed. No other intoxicants please; marijuana, cigarettes, etc. Fenced in 3 acres in west end of Ramona at the end of a quiet street. Lush with many trees, cacti, flowers, rock formations, etc. Space to create your own garden. Many meditation gardens on site, dogs and chickens. Walk off property onto a nature preserve trail. Participate in yoga and meditation classes when available. Renter must carry renters insurance for duration of rental agreement. Available for viewing by appointment only.
