The expansive glass slider allows a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces, with convenient access to the backyard from multiple locations in the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, elegant dishware and glassware, and a coffee station. Appliances include a stove/oven, professional hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and blender. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles, with the garage fitting one large truck or van or 2 medium cars. There is an optional fee to heat the pool, which should be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, costing $99 per night with a minimum of 2 nights. Spa heating is complimentary. Pets are allowed with prior owner approval, with a fee of $75 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets. This home is just a 10-minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs and less than a 50-minute drive to Joshua Tree National Park. Outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs city ordinance. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract, which will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires renters to supply a copy of their government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
